Hello Boys, The weekend saw another great game played by the Lynx. I was fortunate to start my birthday coaching a great footy team, even if it was an extremely cold morning. I think the cold weather had a definite outcome on our concentration levels during the game, something I think we can combat in the coming weeks with long sleeve shirts under our jumpers. With increased concentration we see increased passing of the ball to team mates rather than just kicking down field. Though I think it was evident how far we have progressed in comparison to other teams by how quickly our players are willing to kick the ball on once they have it in their possession. So boys once again I can only offer my praise for how well you are all playing and working together.

Congratulations to Sam for showing great speed and balance in the forward line. Congratulations to Ashton for great effort across the field. You keep improving in all aspects of your game, keep it up. Congratulations to Jack for a great game. Your third quarter goal was stand out along with your competing for the ball at ground level.
